Whilst using the Property, please adhere to the following House Rules:
• You are responsible for the supervision of all members of your party including those under the age of 18 at all times.
• Please respect the local community and keep the noise levels to a minimum, especially between the hours of 11pm and 8am.
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is not permitted inside the Property and must be at least 2 metres away from any open doors or windows.
• Whilst reasonable numbers of visiting guests are allowed during the day, additional overnight guests are not. The Property occupancy limits are shown on the website and during the booking process. If after booking, you wish to invite additional visitors up to the maximum number of occupants, please contact us before doing so and make sure we have confirmed in writing. We will need to update our occupancy record for fire safety purposes.
• Fire risks including (but not limited to) EV granny charging cables, candles, firepits, fireworks, lanterns and portable BBQ’s are not permitted at the Property.
• Drones and unmanned vehicles are not to be used on or from our site without permission.
• You are not permitted to use domestic power sockets to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle, including electric bikes and scooters.
•Electrical appliances other than laptops and phone chargers are not allowed without written permission. This includes portable air conditioning units/heaters. Guest appliances have not been subject to regular PAT testing so could be a potential fire risk.
