Thank you Tanya for being a perfect host. We really appreciated how the needs of guests in your lovely cottage have been so carefully thought through. We had a lovely varied week exploring this beautiful area with long walks over the Downs and along the coast.

Darwin Cottage is very comfortable and we have enjoyed our week in Jevington. We found plenty to do despite the poor weather. The South Downs are a lovely part of the country and we have explored Seaford, Eastbourne, Lovely Lewes, Birling Gap, Beachy Head and Batemans NT. Coming back to the cottage was lovely. Thank you.

This was a really good location to get to see “Granny” in Eastbourne and avoid the traffic! Lovely cottage, well-equipped, thoughtful welcome pack. The children enjoyed Knockhatch and Hever Castle. Good meal at The Tiger in East Dean. Thank you.

Another great stay at “the Barn.” Warm welcome with home cooked bread, chocs and soft drinks. Thank you once again. A nice relaxing holiday for us both. We can recommend Bistro Pierre at Eastbourne.
